Grateful to connect with Paul. I appreciate his active listening, expertise, and the tools he shares with me. I welcome being held accountable while being given support and guidance. After only a few sessions, I feel a positive shift in my healing/growing journey. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable therapist.

Paul is very personable, kind in his communication, and doesn’t judge for anything that is said. He truly is a safe person to express concerns with, and provides different perspectives to encourage personal growth.

I think therapy for me is like a puzzle, sometimes I can’t figure something out and then I talk to Paul and it’s like he sheds light on my issue and then I see my issue for what it is. Paul is very accommodating to his clients. Try Paul, his flexible schedule allowed me time to schedule an appointment at a later hour.

I have only had a few sessions with Paul and already it’s made a difference. I have enjoyed the challenge of working on myself with him asking attentive questions to push me in the right direction. He seems to truly listen and doesn’t entertain my rambling tangents , particularly if he has a certain point he wants to discuss.
He is my second therapist on this platform and I’m so glad I made the change

Paul is very patient, listens and offers great advice. It is difficult to find a therapist that understands LGBTQ+ issues and provide appropriate and genuine support and advice and tools to work with. Definitely recommend!
