Paul Gledhill, BACP
About me
I am friendly and use common sense. I am not judgemental and my focus is purely about helping you. I am a Psychodynamic counsellor/therapist with a Masters Degree qualification and I'm also studying a Doctorate.
I have helped people through the hardest times in their lives using the Psychodynamic approach. This enables us to get to the very root of what is causing your discomfort. Psychodynamic work will bring all sorts of things to the surface and we can then work on them together.
I am qualified to assist you with just about everything that a counsellor can cover. I began assisting clients in 2019 when I became a Blue Light Champion with the Emergency Services.

I never understood myself as much as I did. I have been to many Therapy places and non of them suited me and yet as soon as I went to better help, I found Paul and instantly had something to go off of from the very beginning. I am very satisfied and he is amazing to work with.

Paul knows, he understands life's situations and how they can affect your mental state. Even after only two sessions Ive total trust in Paul and his experience/abilities. I highly recommend this to anyone that needs to talk to an unbiased person about whatever they are going through.
Paul is 10/10 .
