About me

Therapy is an investment in your personal transformation, so I commend you on taking the first step to a healthier, happier YOU. You deserve a safe and effective environment to support your successful growth; one we’ll create together based on acceptance, compassion, safety, and trust.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and National Board-Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with background in Addictions Counseling. Since I opened the doors of my first practice in 1993, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of life’s challenges including depression, anxiety, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), substance abuse, relationship struggles, abuse recovery, grief, weight issues, and many of life’s other transitions and discoveries.

I have clinical background in residential addictions treatment and experience on a multidisciplinary team treating brain injured clients and their families. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I find that hypnosis is a very efficient and effective addition to “talk therapy”. I use a strengths-based, Solution-Focused approach that keeps my clients moving forward instead of getting bogged down in the past.

By providing clinical supervision to graduate therapists at Colorado State University on part-time basis, I keep ahead of the current trends and innovations in the therapy field.

With over a decade of executive leadership experience in a multi-billion-dollar company, I have the perspective to help CEOs, VPs, and other executives build cohesive and effective teams, reduce risk, and become the leaders they’re meant to be.

You’ve taken the first step to creating a more fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to provide the support you need to be successful. I look forward to connecting with you on your journey.

YOUR FUTURE SELF WILL THANK YOU.

Paul
