My therapy sessions with Paul have been a great relief to me. Paul holds a safe space where he listens with unconditional positive regard where the feeling of care is palpable.
Paul has been a great help in helping me come to terms with 'a lot' as we say and laugh, I appreciate his gentle soul has a lovely personality, it has helped me stay grounded and focused as I navigated through a particularly interesting aspect of a spiritual emergence experience.
I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking for a safe space to share innermost thoughts and feelings in a completely non-judgmental container.

I’ve been talking through some issues with Paul for a couple of months. I’ve been really pleased with his personable manner and his ability to help me see my problems from new perspectives and enable me to get a better handle on some of my less healthy thought patterns and habits. Our conversations always leave me feeling less burdened and more able to deal with the stresses of life. 100% recommend.

I needed some structured and constructive support in working through some transitional issues and change, as well as some deep and embedded trauma. Paul has been extremely helpful, kind and open whilst being appropriately challenging and constructive. I have always felt listened to and left every session with a some kind of lesson, feeling lighter. I would highly recommend Paul to those who need both emotional support and more practical and constructive help!

Paul is a wonderful therapist. He makes me reflect on what is true. He makes me look inside myself for the things that I have been ignoring or avoiding. I feel a very good connection with him which is important to me. I would highly recommend him. He's not like your average therapist who will hmm and ahh at you. You can actually feel his active listening and presence right there with you. I'd give him a 10/10. Don't hesitate to start your journey with him. Also if you want to stay stuck then he's likely NOT the therapist for you.

I have been seeing Paul now for 6 months and in this time I have felt much better in myself. Paul always responds to me in a timely manner when I need him and during our sessions, he listens intently allowing me a safe space to express myself.

I was nervous and not sure about how therapy would work for me but Paul is very easy to talk to which put me at ease straight away, he understands everything I am feeling and thinking and allows me to voice these in a safe space, after only a couple of sessions I really felt I'd come out of a fog and could think clearly and put into place things to help me proceed, I would recommend Paul to anyone and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to speak with him as I feel I may not have progressed in the same way.
