Paul Smith, BACP
About me
Whatever is going on for you, by talking things through we can find a way for you to move to a more positive place.
I work as a Person Centred Counsellor, which provides for you a safe open non judgemental space to talk about what’s going on for you, find clarity and understanding of what things need to change and how to change them. I have been seeing clients since 2011 helping them with a variety of issues. Some of which have included, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, OCD, self esteem.
I also work with couples to help in relationship issues
I care deeply about people and always approach my clients with a view they are not their issue. I am warm, friendly, non judgmental and passionate about counselling and how it can help.
I look forward to working with you
Warm regards
Paul

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Paul Smith. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I was nervous and not sure about how therapy would work for me but Paul is very easy to talk to which put me at ease straight away, he understands everything I am feeling and thinking and allows me to voice these in a safe space, after only a couple of sessions I really felt I'd come out of a fog and could think clearly and put into place things to help me proceed, I would recommend Paul to anyone and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to speak with him as I feel I may not have progressed in the same way.

Paul is very attentive and calming. He’s supported me to open up and provides a comfortable zone to do so without feeling judged. Paul has helped me to gain more confidence, and has helped me to explore areas of both my past and present that may be effecting me, allowing a safe space to work through them
