About me

I am a National Certified Counselor in the states of Florida (LMHC), Virginia (LPC) and Arizona (LPC) with more than five years of professional work experience. I am also a Board Certified Telemental Health Provider. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and depression. I use CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and client centered approaches to help individuals learn the skills they need to manage symptoms and cope effectively, so they can have a fulfilling life. I also incorporate spiritual practices, such a reading scripture and prayer, for those clients who request it. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am direct in my approach and use "truth in love" as a guide when working with clients. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support and empower you in that journey.

She listens-- like really listens even in the silence of what is inferred and she responds with so much care and expertise. It helps to open you up so that you can get the care needed. Best therapist I've ever spoken to. I'm so grateful that she's so relatable and easy to talk to.

I’ve had two sessions thus far with Dr.Robinson. I see the value in therapy for the first time in my adult life. It’s been such a pleasure working with her.

Dr. Robinson is amazing! She has helped me understanding my lack of boundaries and has encouraged me in so many ways. I am now confident in setting and keeping boundaries! This has lead to far less anxiety and feelings of hopelessness.

I have only had one visit with Dr Robinson and it was more like an intake so we haven’t really had a chance to dive into things but so far I am happy with the support she is providing. I am appreciative of the resources sent to help me start my growth
