Penny helped me through a difficult situation and gave me tools to get on a positive path forward. She is compassionate, caring, and realistic about the work that needs to be done. I would be in a very different situation without her help, I am so grateful.

Penny is a wonderful therapist. For someone who had never done any therapy before and was anxious to do it, she made those feeling ease quickly. She is helpful and also shoots straight. She doesn’t try to make you feel good, she tries to help you with your issue…and address them…and heal. She’s been. Dry helpful to me.
