It took a lot of courage for me to seek help for my mental health. I was very reluctant and second guessed my decision a lot. Miss Perla was very warm, welcoming, and is incredibly intuitive. She was able to understand my troubles even when I struggled to articulate them, and created a plan for us moving forward so that I can address my issues. I actually look forward to my sessions now, even though there is still a lot of work to be done. Even so, I trust Miss Perla has my best interests at heart and she will be with me for every step of my journey to reclaim myself.
