Peter Secola, Psychologist
About me
I'm psychologist who understands people where they're at and makes therapy a refuge from the storm where clients can rest, heal, and grow as they need to. I've been doing this a long time, and it's always been my dream to help people through their various challenges. My greatest intangible assets are my creativity and my sense of compassion. Also, my ability to encourage others and my confidence that they can completely overcome their struggles comes from my deeply held and long-developed Christian faith.
At the beginning of my career, my primary interest was assisting teenagers overcome all the trouble poured into their lives that they had no control over. My expertise expanded over time to include helping adults, young children, families, and groups with just about every kind of difficulty. Areas that I've had tremendous experience in include anxiety, depression, trauma, life adjustments, family relationships, and issues around developing friendships and loneliness. In short, I hope to see you and encourage you soon!
