Philip has help me so far in identifying what is some problems in my life that I have issues with the past year. I am still receiving car from him but he’s helped me with my anxiety and depression a bit more than other people I have encountered in my life. I hope to continue this journey with him to making me feel better about myself and have a better perspective on life.

Philip has been incredibly helpful through a difficult time. He’s an expert in practicing mindfulness and is very patient and thoughtful. He’s one of the first therapists I’ve had that I feel really cares.
