About me

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Certified Divorce Coach, I have facilitated change with many adults and families for more than 15 years. Since 2003, I have extensive experience working within hospitals, behavioral health clinics, and in private practice. I have worked with a variety of mental health, individual, and family related issues; including counseling with numerous Employee Assistance Programs, trauma, anger management, traumatic grief and loss, relationship issues, Christian counseling, based upon request, career counseling, family conflict, codependency, Veterans, divorce, anxiety, depression, challenges with chronic health conditions, elder caregiving, parenting ad academic underachievement. My practice style includes, family systems, life coaching, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eclectic, and Humanistic. At the initial session, we will work together to formulate a specific plan on what will be best for creating the lifestyle change that you desire for yourself and/or your family.
