Amazing

Written on Apr 26, 2023 after therapy with Phyllis for 3 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, grief, sleeping disorders, and coping with life changes

I've been "seeing her" via phone sessions for a few months now. She's been phenomenal in helping me work through personal problems and day to day life situations. I've developed a comfortability with that's allowed me to open up and speak more freely. I view her as a confidant, friend. Even if it's only on a professional level, safely speaking.
