I believe in meeting the clients where they are. Whole heartedly getting to the core and embracing the process and unique experience between the therapist and client.
My experience is anchored in the ability to connect and communicate effectively. There maybe be laughter, tears, music and/or dancing, the expression of self and acceptance of self is always in the fore front.
I will work with you. I can be your sound board, your mirror, but most of all I am here to help. With clear boundaries and a sense of security, it is my pleasure to have the opportunity to be of assistance in aspects of your life that may need clarification or just need to talk it out without judgements or expectations, only to be present to assist in the issues presented.
