I am not perfect, nor do I have all the answers. But it is my belief that the answer is within everyone I service. As a counselor, I want you to consider me your tour guide. Along the journey, I will be present with you and pointing out important things. During the process, I will help equip you with the proper tools to improve your current state and overall quality of life. As a counselor, I am fair and consistent. I am authentic, sincere and honest. I believe in humanism and being transparent. I want you to be able to trust me in the process and with your information. I promise to always be present during our time together. I will make suggestions, but ultimately the progress will govern the time we spend together. My approach is always person centered but combines cognitive-behavioral, rational choice, humanistic, psychoeducation, and play techniques.

Listens very intently and communicates well.
PJ is truly amazing. She's real with me and holds me accountable for things I need to work on but is also there to help me get through them if I'm having a tough time.
It’s like talking to an old friend. She makes you feel comfortable and her style of counseling is very natural and she offers great solutions.
I think I've been speaking with PJ for a couple of months now. She has always been very helpful and easy to talk with. If there's been an issue with the time of our session, she's accommodated change. She messages during the gap between sessions too, which I appreciate. She ensures you're not left adrift.
She's very good at what she does!
