I am licensed in Oklahoma with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety chronic pain, oncology, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My therapeutical orientation primarily is integrative with components of CBT, Solution focus, and person-centered. However, I am open to working together to find the best treatment for each of my client as they aspire to obtain their best quality of life. Additionally, I recently graduated with my Ph.D. in psychology and completed a residency within a VA hospital setting.
