About me

As a New Jersey-licensed marriage and family therapist, I specialize in helping couples strengthen and develop their relationships throughout the lifespan.

My primary service offerings include Couples Therapy for premarital and newlywed couples seeking to build strong foundations, as well as couples transitioning to a new life stage (newly dating, new parents, soon-to-be empty-nesters, etc.).


Most clients come to me before they are in a state of crisis. My approach centers on empowering clients to develop deeper self-understanding and meaningful connections. I have extensive experience helping people work through relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and personal growth obstacles.

Drawing from The Gottman Method, Woman-Centered Transformational Coaching, and culturally responsive frameworks, I strive to meet each couple exactly where they are.
