UH-MAZE-ING! I have talked to friends who have also tried Better Help but they haven't had the experience I have in regard to being BLESSED with the therapist I have. Quovadis listens and acknowledges my feelings helping me to navigate and better understand them while also...holding me accountable, which is what I need at times because I really do be trying to downplay a lot, HA! She truly has helped me since starting in October. I know there is a long way to go but couldn't be prouder of how far I've come because of HER.
