About me
Hello - I am a native Texan living in Ohio and have been licensed and practicing in Clinical Mental Health Counseling for 6 years now. Though most of my work has been with the younger population, I have worked with families along the way and I am open to working with all ages. I have experience in helping others with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation and executive functioning skills, self esteem and confidence, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard. Our conversations will be guided by you, our plan will be what is best for you, and I will simply be an unbiased companion to help you along your journey in the most neutral yet motivational way. I look forward to getting to know you, meeting you where you are at, and helping you get where you want to be.
