Rachael has a calm and easy exterior that makes being vulnerable feel easier, her input is not only helpful but also very thought provoking. I leave sessions with something to think about and focus on which is really helpful. She’s always checking in throughout the sessions and is very aware of what I need personally, I don’t think she does the same approach to everyone it it feels more personal. I’d really recommend if you’re looking for someone who will offer good input and listen clearly to your needs. She’s great :)

Rachael is a compassionate and gentle therapist. Her ability to allow her clients space to express, whilst still maintaining a timely nudge in the right direction makes her style very effective in helping clients to reflect and find their own answers to move forward in their healing.
