Hi there! My name is Rachal and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Louisiana. I have 26 years of professional work experience. I have worked in a variety of settings including but not limited to Neuro Rehab, long term care, hospital and home health. I have had multiple roles throughout my career which have given me great insight into different treatment processes. I have had experience in helping clients cope with physical and emotional changes that come with the aging process. My counseling style is warm, interactive and focuses on the individual needs of each client. I know there is no single approach that works for everyone. I believe in creating a treatment plan together to meet the needs of the individual. I believe that an individual is the expert of their own story. I also believe that people have many strengths that can assist in overcoming life’s challenges.
