Racheal is sweet and bubbly and put me at ease as I can get all tensed up. She introduced me to various mindfulness activities and methods to help me deal with my problems. She really cares and tried her best to address the issues I'm going through right at the moment as well as ongoing issues. Would recommend her to my friends.
