She has been great! She understands that we are not all in the same place and that life is a rollercoaster, effected by internal and external events.
She listens, and pushes the hard topics. Which is what I need.

I am so happy I was connected with Racheal. She is a wonderful therapist that not only leaves space for me to explain how I’m feeling, but also asks questions that help me find solutions that will work for me. She then gives me examples of how to apply those solutions or strategies to other parts of my life. I feel very comfortable during my sessions with Racheal.
