Rachel was able to hold space and also challenge for me in a really helpful way, I would 100% recommend booking a session with her.

Rachel is amazing! She is super supportive and makes me feel seen with anything I tell her. In person therapy never worked for me and I was kind of skeptical after those experiences but Rachel has made me excited for therapy and I feel like I can tell her anything without being judged. She sends very helpful worksheets and always offers solutions that are helpful and that I haven't heard before.
