I cannot recommend my therapist Rachel Bivens enough. From day one, she has created a space where I felt truly heard and understood. She listens without judgement and always manages to ask the right questions that gets to the heart of what I’m feeling. Her advise is not only thoughtful but practical-something I can actually apply to my day to day life. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, more grounded, and more in tune with myself. If your looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and helps you grow, Rachel is the ONE!!

Rachel is the best therapist I’ve ever had. I’m very grateful to have matched with her. She asks insightful questions and provides input/accountability without judgement. I have told her things I haven’t ever told anybody before and I feel like she has helped me to grow leaps and bounds in our time together. Sometimes she will even relay things about me that I have never told her before. She is very perceptive. I can’t say enough great things about Rachel.

I have noticed a big improvement in myself since I’ve been working with my therapist. It took some time for me to get to this point in my therapy journey. I am forever grateful for choosing the life that I want to live and showing up for myself In every capacity.

Before I ever met my therapist, I was sent a worksheet about things that I needed in a therapist or things that’s a therapist, and I could discuss in our sessions. And the first message I received from her, was explaining to me about myself and my external validation that I need to feel good enough. It is really great that my therapist pin points things that need help or healthy boundaries or for me to be understood. My therapist is really helping me achieve my goals, understand myself better and giving me my confidence in my power back.

Mind blowing and life altering. Rachel has helped me realize so much about myself in just a couple sessions. From the first session I have felt safe to be vulnerable . Although I’m not where I want to be in my healing journey I’m also not where I was a few weeks ago.
