About me

Leading with Energy and Empathy

I see my role in therapy as a support and guide in identifying and working through barriers by building on the strengths you already have and uncovering previously undiscovered talents and skills. I hope to provide a brave and affirming space, free from judgement, where we can explore the current challenges you are facing and celebrate the "small wins" of each day. I strive to make each person I work with feel truly seen and heard.

Since graduating from University of Washington School of Social Work in 2012 with my Masters in Social Work I have worked with young people ages 14 to 24 in both community and school settings. I have a passion and a gift for working with young women and find great joy in building relationships among groups of young women who can support and nurture one another.

I am a mom and have found that the past 6 years of pregnancy and motherhood has shifted much of my thinking around my identity as a woman and as a therapist. I am excited to add working with other moms to my therapeutic practice. I am dedicated to creating a community of moms who can buttress and care for one another.

My philosophy of practice is guided by my training as a social worker as well as four central values: community, spirituality, authenticity and intersectional feminism.
