My name is Rachel Gurule. I am 44 years old and live in a small city in Oklahoma. Rachel is thoughtful, intuitive, and responsive. I've never had a session with her that didn't give me some kind of helpful take away. I've tried in-person therapy in the past a few times, and surprisingly, seeing Rachel once a week on video has felt the best. She listens, doesn't rush, is always on-time, and I truly feel like she cares. If there was a rock star award for a therapist, she would have my vote.

I had never gone to therapy before, so I didn't know what to expect. But meeting with Rachel each week has really thrown any cynicism I had out the window. She is extremely intelligent and seems to really grasp how I'm feeling every time I bring up a new situation. I never have any question that Rachel is listening to me and understanding me, and I'm always impressed at her ability to remember small details of things I mention in passing. I cannot recommend Rachel enough, and I am so grateful to have her as my therapist.
