My name is Rachel Mann LPC and I am a licensed therapist who has been practicing for five years and has been working in mental health settings for seven years. I have experience working in a school setting along with working inpatient psychiatric care. My beliefs when it comes to therapy, is that you are the master of yourself. You know yourself better than anyone else, and with the right therapist to help guide you, you can meet your full potential. I approach therapy more as a conversation between the two of us and address any concerns or needs you feel are important. I approach each session with an open mind and do not judge you. I want you to feel safe in the therapeutic relationship in order to help with growth. My goal as a therapist, is to help you feel empowered throughout the therapeutic process while addressing your specific needs.
