About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, loss of a loved one, trauma, and physical and sexual abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. My clients are the experts' of their life experiences, so I work hard to listen to their needs and meet them just where they are. Together we work to overcome their challenges. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I tailor our dialog and treatment goals to meet their unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to ask for help so I applaud you for taking this first step. Please know that I am here to support and empower you and move towards a more fulfilling and happier life.

I look forward to hearing from you and working with you!

She has been great so far! She is very patient and lets you talk out your internal conflicts. I think she does a great job providing other perspectives that may be too difficult to see.

Rachel is wonderful. She is extremely respectful that I am to shy/nervous to video chat or call (something needing to be worked on). Just messaging her is such a relief for myself; not having others to speak to. It feels like I am talking to a friend. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rachel's help has been instrumental during one of the toughest periods in my life. Rachel is an excellent listener and is able to facilitate productive therapy sessions while still allowing for enough space to come to your own conclusions. I would recommend Rachel to anyone who needs to methodically analyze a tough situation.

Rachel was my only hope in a time of complete disparity, loneliness, and hopelessness. Without her, I’m not sure if I would be here writing this message today. Couldn’t thank her enough, and anyone who appreciates a laidback approach to counseling will enjoy her techniques and personality
