About me

️If our greatest strengths are our greatest weaknesses, what are yours? Sometimes we develop skills to survive, but those same skills get in our way to thrive. The challenge shows up in my clients' relationships (or breakups), self-doubt, and substance use. Do you feel stuck in a cycle? Have a vicious self-critic? Feel so anxious or depressed you aren't meeting your own expectations? These are signs you may not be thriving in the way you were meant to.

Let's not only work out the immediate issue, but also get to the source. We'll find the right formula for you to cope, but then we're going deeper so that's not all you're doing. I help my clients to achieve their goals, so they feel more connected and balanced, and leave with a more meaningful understanding of themselves.
