About me
Hello! I’m Rachel, and I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. It’s great you’re trying to improve your life and mental health! Having gained so much from being on the "other couch", I’m happy to keep this cycle of healing going. The best part of my job is hearing my clients’ stories, learning how each of us have developed into the unique (sometimes quirky) beings that we are, and watching others grow.
My experience includes collaborating with clients on relationship issues, worries, addictions, parenting concerns, losses, low self esteem, trauma, depression, and more. It's amazing what we accomplish when we engage in the therapeutic process and want more for our well being!
EFT, existential, and psychodynamic approaches are my favorites. Tell me what works for you, and we’ll go from there. However you find balance and insight- that’s what we’ll do. You know you best! I specialize in art therapy, so if creative expression is something you’re interested in, let me know! Though licensed in Ohio, I’m originally from the east coast, and have spent my adult years on the west coast and a couple places in between. This life is a journey, and I’d love learn about yours and support you along the way.

Rachel is a great listener and a thoughtful therapist.
Rachel is amazing! Shes helped me with so much, confidence and being able to heal from a lot of things. I’m so grateful for her guidance and insight.
Rachel was instrumental in helping me process my divorce and work through the grief. She is an active listener and offers valuable follow-up questions, which provided clarity and healing.
She quite possibly the best person I could have been matched with! She is amazing!
She has gingerly made me aware of my negative patterns. Asking questions that have helped me change my perspective and to build up areas of myself that I needed to focus on. She has helped me realize my potential again!
Listens when we talk and gives good feedback. Seems to be willing to help and quick to respond to msgs when I send them.
