Rachel is a thoughtful, wise, and empowering therapist. I really was helped by her advice and feel a lot more confident taking on the problems that life throws at me and even counseling others. She is very smart and well versed in her therapy techniques and I would recommend her to anyone seeking good counsel. I went to her for about 5 months and have noticed a significant change in my attitudes and the ways I handle stress now. She gave me so many valuable tools and strategies for coping with my issues and I can't recommend her enough! Thank you so much for all your help Rachel!
