I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of issues including complex trauma, co-dependency, relational and attachment issues, life transitions, ADHD, depression and anxiety.
Healing is absolutely possible. Through self-reflection, therapy can develop your capacity to be more self-aware, challenge negative thoughts, and live an empowered life.

She is a great listener and helps me understand how I feel and where those feeling come from.
Rachel helps me see the bigger picture and I never feel judged. I feel relief after our sessions, just from being heard and understood by Rachel.
very helpful and a good listener!
Rachel has helped me overcome and let go of a very painful episode in my life that has haunted me for years. She is a skilled listener and has many tools that she uses to help me through to a better place!
Rachel is a wonderful counselor. I feel like I’m in a judge free environment and able to share my feelings.
So far so good. Only had 2 sessions so far
Rachel is amazing! I have been working with her for a few weeks and she has really helped me process a lot of emotions, anxiety and stress. She is a great listener and takes what you say to heart. I can tell she listens to me intently, she will adjust her suggestions or strategies based off of all of the information she is given to come up with the best way to handle whatever emotion or situation you may be facing at the time. She's really lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders and really helped me to manage my anxiety. I highly recommend her!
Very understanding, a great listener, and ready with resources. I would recommend her, and that says a lot I don't recommend easily.
