About me
Come as you are. I will meet you where you’re at in life and we’ll figure out the next steps together.
I’m Rachel, a fully-licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who has been working with individuals since 2013. I am here to offer a listening ear for whatever is on your mind. I take confidentiality seriously and aim to provide a safe and supportive space for you. My approach to therapy is collaborative and empowerment focused. Together we will come up with a plan that is tailored to you based on your needs and preferences. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies in my approach; my therapeutic style is warm, laid-back, and objective. I've worked with individuals facing a wide range of issues including complex trauma, co-dependency, relational and attachment issues, life transitions, ADHD, depression and anxiety.
Healing is absolutely possible. Through self-reflection, therapy can develop your capacity to be more self-aware, challenge negative thoughts, and live an empowered life.
I look forward to meeting you!
