I have been talking with Rachel sine June last year and I can honestly say she has changed my life around, after my many years of living with depression and anxiety.
Her knowledge and expertise are clear, but more than that, Rachel has amazing empathy and from the start I felt confident that at last I had found a therapist with whom I felt safe and who I knew would give me the help I so badly needed. She is truly one of a kind - and I love her wicked sense of humour!

Rachel. I cannot verbalise how eased I have been to have such a wonderful therapist. Patient, kind and extremely helpful, Rachel has helped me understand myself to a level I never thought possible. The broken, confused and spiralling me who felt life was not for him would never have imagined the level of support,

Rachel is an incredible, one of a kind therapist. She’s to the point, no bs, comforting, supporting, and has this holistic understanding of therapy that many don’t posses. She’s helped me meet my authentic self, and instil confidence and stillness in my mind. Would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially those who have been disappointed in therapy previously (which was me before I met Rachel!)
