Rachel Trudell, LCSW
About me
I'm a therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and trauma, helping them build resilience and find their way forward.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns—whether that's managing panic or anxiety, healing from past trauma, rebuilding self-esteem, or working through relationship conflicts. I'm also experienced in supporting clients through major life transitions like divorce, grief, and questions about life purpose and meaning.
I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your values and beliefs. Whether you're seeking a faith-informed perspective or a secular approach, I'm committed to tailoring our work together to what feels right for you.
My goal is to help you move from isolation and shame toward connection, self-compassion, and authentic living. I work with issues including social anxiety, communication challenges, guilt, forgiveness, and control patterns—supporting you in developing greater emotional awareness and agency in your life.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
