Written on Oct 08, 2025 after therapy with Rachel for 2 months on issues concerning relationship issues

Rachel has been my therapist since June of this year and I don't think I've made a better investment in myself. As scared/anxious as I was to begin therapy, Rachel calmed my nerves, she understood, she HEARD me. Every time I have a therapy session, it's really like talking with an old friend. An old friend that doesn't judge me. I would recommend her again and again.
