I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with almost 20 years experience providing counseling across a variety of professional settings with a diverse clientele. A well-practiced and experienced professional, I am comfortable assisting with a broad spectrum of clinical issues. Areas I am exceptionally well-versed in include: development and adjustment issues over the lifespan, career challenges and unexpected life changes, developing a stable and positive sense of identity and self-esteem, and finding a deeper meaning and sense of purpose in one’s life struggles. Key issues include anxiety, depression, parenting issues, ADHD, ODD, developmental issues and/or special needs, supporting adults with autism, PTSD, sexual abuse or trauma issues, and helping adults recover from a traumatic or life-altering event such as a brain injury. As the parent of child with autism, there is a special place in my heart for supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, their caregivers and their loved ones.
