My counseling style is warm, empowering, and collaborative. My approach combines humanistic and cognitive therapies and employs motivational interviewing and reality therapy to help you develop a clear vision of the life you want for yourself, determine the steps necessary to achieve that life, and provides coaching as you work towards achieving your goals.

I feel very comfortable discussing topics with Rachel and I feel like she really cares and is there for me.
Rachel offers the most amazing and valuable insights. She is highly attentive and mostly pinpoints exactly what you wanted to say, but didn't have the vocabulary or ability to. Better than any counselor I've even met in person. She also tries to accommodate me as much as possible and after sessions with her I always feel more confident. Thank you for helping me so much
Rachel is amazing!!! THIS is how therapy SHOULD be. I always feel like I am talking to a good friend who truly cares about me and helps me grow.. Best thing I have ever done for MYSELF and my family!!
I absolutely love Rachel. Her messages on thread and our sessions have helped me make great improvements in dealing with my mental health. I am so thankful for her and her help.
I've worked with other therapists and often felt like I wasn't making progress. I've made enormous improvements working with Rachel. I'm happy to have found someone whose helping me learn to be the person I want to be.
Working with Rachel has been immensely helpful. I’m finding new ways to better work and cope with my anxiety. She really takes the time to listen, understand, and break everything down in a way that I can move forward with in a healthy way. She’s the best!
Her ability to extract the true intentions/needs of a conversation are exemplary. She is knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Rachel is very insightful, supportive, patient, and helps to separate the reality from emotion. She has been very helpful for me!
Rachel keeps up with me even when my life is super busy and crazy. Sometime I feel like I can’t handle another project right now even if the project is my mental health but the constant reminders is great because I should be making that a priority.
Rachel is amazing a couple months ago I was in treatment and I felt better but I had other problems and I came back. I feel so warm about coming back and she always show is nothing to ashamed off. I feel better only to know I will have a session with her on the next week.
Amazing counselor! I got some really helpful advice within the first few conversations. She helped me see things in different way and helped me understand why I think the way I do about certain things. I felt like she really listened to me and tried to understand my perspective before offering hers. I would recommend her for anyone!

Rachel is absolutely awesome. She checks in when she doesn't hear from me for a while and she helps me see things that I wouldn't normally see.
Rachel is adept at getting to the heart of the issues I’m working on with grace and professionalism. Her questions are thought-provoking and the exercises she recommends have stimulated a lot of growth and insight for me, in just 3 weeks! It’s been challenging and enlightening, overall very helpful.
Rachel Wilson-Snyder is insightful and knowledgeable. She was able to identify issues that were overlooked by other therapists. Her expert input was extremely valuable for my own personal development. I greatly appreciate all that she has done to help me. I highly recommend her.
Rachel is a very good listener. She helped me by just listening to me, rather than offering advice unlike other therapists I have been to. She is warm and friendly and knowledgeable.
Rachel has been amazing. I needed someone to talk with. Very responsive. And extremely helpful. I work in healthcare and my husband was a therapist in behavioral health and Ican’t see someone within my community that isn’t a conflict of interest. I have been able to find someone to talk to about my grief that has been completely supportive and responsive. I am in favor of this new wave therapy as a healthcare provider myself. I f I want for Rachel, I would have to travel over an hour one way for one day a week. This is the future of healthcare. And I am thankful to have it now as I do need it!
Rachel.. she is helping me through the most difficult time in my life. She responds timely. Video sessions are comfortable and exactly what I need. I have gaiined son much in my journey in the last 2 weeks. And she also taught me that grief is not linear!
she is great!!!
I enjoy working with Rachel. She listens and understands my concerns. In addition, she is quick to reply and provide her advice on how to approach various situations.
Rachel does a fantastic job of listening. Even though you can tell she is very smart, she does not impose her intelligence on you. I really feel that I can trust her with things I have not told anyone else because she does not treat me any differently, having learned new things about me. I feel a healthy responsibility to do better because I feel that she believes in me. She has diligently worked to understand my situation and help me through it.
I haven't been working with Rachel for too long, but after our first video session, I was sure I made the right choice joining BetterHelp. I feel I can talk about my issues and concerns and I get a genuine response back that actually gives me some clarity and direction.
