About me

Hello and welcome! I am so glad you're here. Thinking about starting therapy can be a bit overwhelming, know that you are not alone. My goal as a therapist is to support your process of growth and recovery. My approach is collaborative and compassionate with a focus of recognizing and building on your existing strengths. I am experienced in a variety of treatment modalities including mindful-based cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, exposure response and prevention therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

These treatment approaches have been shown to be effective with anxiety and general stress, difficulty managing emotions, difficult behaviors, obsessive compulsive disorder, and learning skills to help individuals live a life in line with their personal values and beliefs while developing psychological flexibility.

I am a US Army Veteran with experience working with soldiers and their families. I have extensive experience working with young adults, and families. I look forward to learning about what is important to you in a therapeutic relationship and working together to reach your goals.

from the first time i had a session with her she make me feeling safe and comfortable, its not like our first time talking. professional, nice, good listening, respond in really good time, and she asked me what name and pronounce i prefer to be called with and that felt so good, she puts effort in our session and the solution. i look forward to our future session with her
