My over 30 years of experience include working with 15 to 25 age groups dealing with depression, divorce, adjustment to new settings, anxiety/relationships, and families experiencing divorce. Considering therapy is a difficult step for many. I bring a personable and skillful demeanor to help put clients at ease. I practice Reality Therapy and have been Certified in Choice Theory, also a psychology begun by Dr. Glasser. Reality therapy focuses on an individual suffering from a universal condition rather than a mental health illness. This approach gives the individual a choice in how to proceed.
