About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of therapy experience. I graduated with my Bachelors in psychology at Brigham Young University and received my Masters in social work at Arizona State University.

I wanted to become a therapist to help people in need, and I have felt honored to do so. I have extensive experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life challenges, relationship issues and addictions. I use a person centered approach to therapy- where you, the client, drives your goals and outcomes. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.

I feel that it is important that you leave each session with tangible, useful, coping strategies, tools and resources. I provide these, as well as weekly assignments and challenges to help you apply these strategies. I use my role as therapist to listen and ensure that my clients feel heard, as well as provide real therapeutic information to help you. I look forward to empowering you to enjoy a more peaceful, whole life.
