Randi Nowell, LMFT
About me
Hi there! I'm Randi Nowell, a passionate LMFT specializing in providing therapy for children, adolescents and young adults. With extensive experience in working with autism spectrum disorder, I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals. By utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Family Therapy (CBFT) and Narrative Therapy, I create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences. Analogies play a significant role in my work, as I use them to simplify complex concepts and facilitate comprehension.
My approach revolves around building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client. I prioritize getting to know them as individuals, valuing their unique experiences and perspectives. By tailoring my interventions to their specific needs, I empower them to navigate challenges, build resilience, and discover their inner strengths.
