Raquel Santana, LCSW
About me
Hey there! I'm Raquel, a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most meaningful transitions and challenges. I work with clients navigating self-esteem, intimacy, and the complexities of change—helping you build stronger connections with yourself and others.
My approach is grounded in compassion and cultural awareness. I specialize in supporting women, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals as they work through trauma, attachment patterns, communication struggles, guilt and shame, and questions around identity and purpose. I'm also experienced in supporting clients through major life transitions like divorce, pregnancy, and shifts in life direction.
I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood. I create a space that honors your values, identity, and lived experience—one where you can explore intimacy, sexuality, and self-love without judgment. My goal is to help you develop the insight and tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
