I have over 14 years of providing supportive services and therapy to individuals from all backgrounds. My specialties involve crisis management, trauma and navigating family dynamics. I am trained in the following evidence-based models ā Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I use a blend of models and styles to fit you as an individual ā there is no one model treats all approach to therapy.
My belief is that nearly all individuals can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. No matter your background, life presents us all with challenges along the way. My passion is ensuring that everyone has access to mental health care and treatment so that they can recognize and live in their full potential.

Where do I start! Rashandra has been a god send in my life. This year has been an absolute mess to say the least and every time I talk with her I leave feeling so much better. She is the first counselor I have felt comfortable enough to actually open up and say how I really feel. I feel like Iām finally starting my healing journey and I have her to thank for that!

Rashandra continues to help me through a difficult time by actively listening, establishing goals, generating healthy coping mechanisms and providing a trustworthy genuine outside perspective. I have been to numerous counselors before and she has by far been the most helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to take action in changing their perspective. If we all had a Rashandra the world would be a better place.
