I have experience working with people addressing varied issues to include chronic mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression, and adjustment, relational, stress management and phase of life challenges. My experience with these populations include providing direct skills training in community based programs, supervising these programs, and providing individual and couples outpatient therapy.
I usually lean toward cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies however; we will use the best approach to meet your needs, goals and abilities. Therapy with me will always be a team effort. During our time together, I will provide support and empathy and also challenge you if needed. I will be right beside you helping to improve your navigation through this journey called life.
