Raven is an incredibly compassionate and effective counselor that has helped me understand the real issues which stand at the root of the depression and anxiety I so often feel. She shows understanding while simultaneously showing me ways with which to effectively deal with my problems. Additionally, she speaks in a manner that is real and genuine; too often therapists have tried to approach me with trite phrases and overused, artificial sentiments which are counterproductive, Raven does none of this and is thus the most effective counselor with whom I have talked.

Raven is amazing. She genuinely listens and cares about you, but she doesn't want to just fix the current issue. Raven genuinely wants to help people fix any underlying problem they have no matter how big or small. She asks questions that really make you think, and those questions help you find the source of what is going on at the core. Raven listens and doesn't judge. She wants to help you and be with you on this journey to healing. She will never lie to you and tell you it will be easy, but she will promise to be there for you and to help you as much as possible. She's amazing, and I am so lucky to have been matched with her as my counselor, because I don't think I could do this with anyone else.

I can say with confidence my time with Raven O'Rourke has been very pleasant. She is very quick to the point, nonjudgmental and patient. She listens intently and asks pertinent questions. She has been more than effective at providing advice, direction, and answers that have been more than helpful in dealing with several personal questions that I've been trying to confront. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities and would recommend her to anyone looking for counseling in anxiety and relationship therapy.

Raven has helped me get beyond a place where it felt like I was suffocating to a place where I breathe easy now. The situation itself has barely changed but she has helped me examine myself and being taking responsibility for things I can control rather than worrying about things I can't. I am not exaggerating when I say I'm sure I am a healthy person emotionally because of BetterHelp and Raven in particular.

Raven has been a lifesaver for me working through some problems involving my marriage and alcohol abuse. She was always there for me when I really needed someone to talk to but I couldn't talk to my friends. I am still utilizing her services (going on 3 months). Even though she has helped put me back on my feet, it's nice to have her support as I am still mostly dealing with this on my own. I highly recommend her counseling services.
