About me
If you’re navigating a major life transition, moving through grief, or feeling overwhelmed in your relationships, you don’t have to do it alone . I work with adults who feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward, even when they’re doing their best to hold everything together. I know starting therapy can feel so intimidating, and it takes courage to open up. I became a therapist because I care deeply about creating a space where people feel understood, supported and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
In our work together, I’ll help you slow things down and make sense of your feelings without pressure or judgment. We’ll talk through the challenges you’re facing and begin to untangle the thoughts and emotions that feel overwhelming. I’ll support you in building practical tools to cope, while helping you better understand yourself and your experiences
Over time, you can expect to feel more grounded and confident in how you handle life’s challenges, and more connected to who you are. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and a little more clear each time. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more like yourself again and more at ease in your day-to-day life.
