Raymond Bryant, LCSW
About me
Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults, especially in virtual therapy settings. I help clients who are dealing with anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and challenges related to school, relationships, or daily functioning.
My approach is supportive, practical, and skill-focused. I use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create real-life changes they can use outside of sessions. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and focused on measurable progress, not just talking.
I have experience providing telehealth therapy, developing individualized treatment plans, and working with families, schools, and interdisciplinary care teams to support long-term success for clients. I focus on helping clients build confidence, resilience, and emotional tools they can carry into everyday life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is supportive, direct, and focused on helping you develop practical skills that actually work, I would be honored to support you.
