Rebecca Armstrong
About me
I’m here to help you work through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, family issues, or feeling stuck. As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore what’s holding you back and find ways to move forward.
I specialize in helping people with neurodiversity or disabilities navigate a world that often doesn’t fully understand or embrace their experiences. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, break down barriers like imposter syndrome or self-doubt, and build your confidence.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s work together to help you understand yourself better, manage life’s difficulties, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Rebecca is so knowledgeable and makes me feel comfy telling her anything. I take something away from each session I can work on or action.

She has been a great help for the last 7 months I have been seeing her. She is a great guide for neurodivergency related issues I have never been able to resolve. I am making great leaps in my mental health recovery and it’s mostly with her help. I also would like to note that I had had therapy for 7 years and nothing really helped; I couldn’t scratch beyond the surface. Now, it has changed greatly and I am really thankful
