About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Wisconsin. I have more than four years experience providing services to individuals age 4 to 60+, with my primary practice focus working with children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/caregivers. I am a Certified Parent Peer Support Specialist in addition to my clinical licensure. I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, etc. I have also worked with individuals with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities in addition to their mental health diagnoses.
My therapeutic approach is to be radically genuine and open, as well as person centered and trauma informed. I provide evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I will work with you to identify your goals and develop my approach to your treatment to help you achieve those goals.

Rebecca is a very caring person and supportive. She is helpful in giving tools to use in working on concerns I have. And always checks in on me even when I do and don't have a lot to say. I think she is good at knowing what kind of input you need to work on issues of concern and also of when you just need someone to listen. I am thankful to have her as a counselor.
