About Me

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of Wisconsin. I have more than four years experience providing services to individuals age 4 to 60+, with my primary practice focus working with children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/caregivers. I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, etc. I have also worked with individuals with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities in addition to their mental health diagnoses.

My therapeutic approach is to be radically genuine and open, as well as person centered and trauma informed. I provide evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I will work with you to identify your goals and develop my approach to your treatment to help you achieve those goals.

It takes a lot of strength to recognize that you need support and to reach out for help. I look forward to working with you!

Becca is fantastic! She really listens and interacts with me. I always feel heard after speaking with her, which has helped me feel much better about myself.

Rebecca is a kind, understanding therapist who speaks to me as if we’re friends and she validates my feelings while also gently helping me change my bad habits by suggesting them in a way that doesn’t feel pushy or judgmental. She’s an incredible therapist I would highly recommend her to anyone!
