About me
Everyone needs help at times. The first step is always the hardest and by being here you have reached that first step! You do not have to do it alone.
I am a BACP registered therapist based in Manchester, UK, I have recently completed my Masters degree in positive psychology and counselling.
I currently am a counsellor within my main role. I have previously volunteered for MIND offering telephone counselling during the COVID pandemic. I have worked with clients covering a variety of issues including anger, stress, bereavement, depression, anxiety and trauma.
I am mainly a person centred counsellor but I can also draw on techniques from CBT and positive psychology and adapt my approach to the individual as we are all unique and require different things from therapy. I believe you are the expert on yourself.
For availability and more information please do not hesitate to message me and I will be more than happy to provide you with further information.
I look forward to hearing from you.
