About me

Sometimes the cycle of life keeps on going around and we can recognise the need to stop. Life can be really difficult and can often lead you to feel overwhelmed and alone.

Becoming a therapist came from a place of being overwhelmed and alone and wanting to be the person that sometimes we all need. I will always give my best to support those that are in need and offer a warm and caring environment to talk these difficulties through.

All of my experience and work with clients have developed my counselling style and become adaptable for those I work with. I believe having an outlet to discuss your worries and life problems can be a big help and often takes that weight off those heavy shoulders. Many of my clients find themselves laughing through their sessions and actually enjoy talking and sharing.

I have worked with those aged 6 to 68 for all kinds of reasons including anxiety, depression, self-harm, parental issues, adoptive families, those in the care system, family troubles, relationship problems, intimacy concerns and so much more. My training has always been integrated counselling meaning my toolbox is extensive and my practice tailored to suit those I am working with.

One of my key aspects of counselling is the relationship. Building a strong relationship is key and is one of my best attributes.

I look forward to working with you, supporting you on your journey and being that safe space that we often need.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Rebecca Eynon. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Rebecca is incredibly empathic and supportive . She’s flexible and reliable and responsive even outside of sessions. She’ll be tough on you when you need it and are ready to address it. But she’s great at knowing when to do that vs when to just listen or when to be a coach and lift you up.

Rebecca has a great ability to listen, empathise and probe for the root of thinking patterns, decision making which invariably leads to more self knowledge and possibilities for improving situations. She is patient and highly professional.

Rebecca is an excellent therapist - friendly and personable. She makes it easy to open up and takes you through your worries and concerns methodically. Even though sessions can be emotionally tough, I always look forward to them - there hasn’t been a session yet that hasn’t involved lots of laughter! I’ve seen a big improvement to my self-esteem since talking to her and have been able to start to really understand myself thanks to Rebecca’s guidance and support.
