Hope you're well. Nice to connect with you. As a graduate of Northwestern University’s 2+ M.A. Counseling program at The Family Institute, an intensive three-year program for career changers, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I use evidence-based treatments to support client healing, development, and growth.

Rigorously trained in psychodynamics and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and a lifelong resident of Chicagoland, I provide adults with solutions-focused integrative mental health care. I also hold an M.A. in English Literature from DePaul University.
